CONSIGNEE INFORMATION

1.NEW TAGGING GUIDELINES; YOU MUST PRE REGISTER TO BE A CONSIGNEE (384-7774) OR info@childbirthkingston.com . YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED A NUMBER TO TAG YOUR ITEMS WITH. If an item has no tag we will not be able to sell it. Tags should contain your assigned number printed clearly and circled; under that you can add a description (eg. BLUE SWEATER); then the price and finally you may add an F at the bottom if you do not want your unsold items to be marked down to half price for the last hour. If there is an F the price will stay firm.

2. Consignment items must be brought to Lancaster Drive Public School on FRIDAY MAY 2nd between 5-8 pm. Make sure you sign the consignment sheet before leaving.

3. All items should be gently used, in good condition and freshly laundered.

4. No cribs, car seats or helmets, please!

5. Commission rate on sales; you keep 60% of sale price for items priced under $25 and 70% for items priced $25 and over.

6. Please bring clothes on hangers and when you arrive please place your clothes on the appropriate rack for the size.

7. Unsold items that you want back must be picked up on Saturday afternoon between 2:30 and 4:00pm. Items that are not picked up are donated to various charitable organizations in the Kingston area. They will NOT be available for pick up after 4:00 on SATURDAY. **Please note** If you indicate on your consignment form that you want your items returned to you and you DO NOT pick them up a 10.00 or 10% of your commission (whichever is lower) penalty will apply.

8. Cheques are mailed early the next week.
